Quick Start Guide for Course Admin / Instructor:

  • Carefully read all documentation before using the software.
  • Install the application following the Installation and Update guide.
  • Login as site administrator to configure your system.
  • Update System Settings and Payment Settings from the left sidebar menu. Ensure valid YouTube and Vimeo API keys are provided in System Settings.
  • Create Categories from the Categories option in the left sidebar menu.
  • Create Sub-categories under specific Categories via the Manage Sub-categories option.
  • Create Courses carefully. Each course can contain multiple video lessons and resources. Use the "+Add Course" form.
  • Every course should have at least one Section. Use Manage Section to add sections.
  • After creating Sections, add Lessons via the Manage Lesson option for each course.

Quick Start Guide for Students

  • Access the website via the application URL after installation.
  • From the home page, search for courses, view top courses, latest courses, or browse by category. Students can sign up or log in if already registered. Courses can be added to the Shopping Cart or Wishlist.
  • Click on a course thumbnail to view course details including Title, Description, Outcomes, Prerequisites, Lessons, Instructor details, Ratings, and Reviews.
  • Add courses to the cart to purchase.
  • View Shopping Cart items by clicking "Go To Cart" on the header cart icon. Items can be removed if needed.
  • The Checkout button on the cart page allows students to pay for selected courses.
  • After successful checkout, courses appear under "My Courses" accessed via the profile dropdown.
  • Students can play lessons by clicking on thumbnails in the "My Courses" page.
